RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you decide to proceed with the return of the ordered product, you will have 14 days from the moment the order was delivered to you.

The withdrawal must be communicated via the sheet downloadable below link . The document, duly completed, will then be sent, via registered mail or PEC, to the email address info@pec.metajewels.it. The returned product must be intact, appropriately packaged in the original packaging and accompanied by all accessories. Only after having verified receipt of the returned product and the general conditions, we will refund the amount paid for the purchase of the product (including shipping costs if incurred during the purchase phase), by bank transfer to the coordinates indicated in the completed withdrawal form .

You will have to return the product at your own expense by sending it via courier to the following address:

GOODS EXCHANGE

It is possible to exchange the product purchased online only after the return request has been processed. A new order of equal or greater value will be placed. The new order will be processed after verification of the correct execution of all return procedures
